A comprehensive and effective pre-construction program is vital to a project’s overall success. When creating a pre-construction plan, Falcon Pacific’s strategy is to identify the range of viable options; assist the Owner with making informed decisions; develop an effective and accountable project management system with the capability to solve the inevitable development challenges; and achieve timing, quality and cost targets while minimizing Owner risk. Successful pre-construction is accomplished with frank, open communication between all parties involved in the project. This begins with the Owner, architect, engineers, and the construction manager/general contractor, but must also include the Owner’s staff, project subcontractors and consultants, oversight agencies, building tenants, community groups, and the general public.
