John Lomio, Director of Construction

Mr. Lomio serves as Director of Construction for Falcon Pacific and has a 37 year record of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, and development projects for government and private sector clients.

Mr. Lomio has developed his unparalleled knowledge and expertise in the industry through hands on field experience gained while participating in his family construction business. Mr. Lomio has earned a stellar reputation over the past three decades as an interior renovations “Tenant Improvement” specialist understanding all aspects of interior finishes through having the innate ability to grasp all the nuances and dynamics of each project and its individual demands to deliver a high- quality project both on time and on budget. Mr. Lomio has built an impressive client roster over the years that include major corporations, government agencies, and many real estate industry professionals, such as architects, owners, property managers, and realtors.

Mr. Lomio has specialized in a wide range of construction projects ranging from corporate, medical, hospitality, and retail interiors, having done notable projects for clients such as, Bronx Lebanon Hospital, Combs Enterprises, Polo Stores, Jordache Enterprises, where he directly supervised the preparation of all RFP’s for sub-contractors, leveled all bids; gave value engineering, prepared schedules and provided complete turn-key construction through completion.

In addition, Mr. Lomio was proudly the recipient of the 2008 “Builder of the Year” award from the Queens, NY Chamber of Commerce
