Robert Arnzen, Senior Manager

Robert Arnzen serves as a Senior Manager at Falcon Pacific Builders, LLC, and specifically supervising the new 200 room, 21-story hotel, being developed by Onboard Hospitality LLC located at 36 West 38th Street in Manhattan.

Mr. Arnzen has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years, specializing in design and construction of various real estate projects.  He has a diverse background in residential, hotel, commercial, retail, and recreational construction for major construction management firms, institutions and developers. His experience includes taking projects from inception to occupancy, continuously providing clients with the highest level of service and integrity.  

Mr. Arnzen began his career as a Project Manager at Lend Lease, formerly known as Lehrer McGovern Bovis, a construction management firm where he worked for over 12 years.

Mr. Arnzen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York Institute of Technology in Architectural and Building Technology.

He resides in White Plains, NY.
